SPA ETIQUETTE

Reservations

Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 1 week advance notice for spa parties.
Reservations can be made by calling 905 845 4067
there is a minimum $60 minimum charge for home and spa services in the Halton and Peel region, additional charges may apply outside these regions

Payment Policy

In order to secure individual services a major credit card is needed, it will not be charged but held for cancellation purposes. In order to secure your appointment date and time for mini spa parties, a 20% deposit must be made by a credit card. Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit and Cash.

Cancellation Policy

For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 4 hours notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Gratuities

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician on individual services. For all spa parties a 15% service charge is added on to the final invoice.

Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.

Home Spa Process

You let us know the dates and times that would be best for you to have a Home Spa Treatment or Spa Party. We will schedule a technician(s) who is available for one of those times. Once a time has been scheduled we will call you back to confirm. For spa parties a deposit of 20%of the total is required to hold the reservation. An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your treatment or spa party.
All facial and body treatments are performed on a massage table. Manicures and pedicures are done on a chair or couch. The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, linens, everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy.
Our Spa technicians take great care in insuring your privacy, all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We provide a spa wrap or robe for all our individual services.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Our Spa technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:

Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation
Broken skin or lesions
